ANASTASIA LIQUID LIPSTICKS LIP SWATCHES & REVIEW

SO i finally caved in the madness and went ahead and bought four liquid lipsticks from Anastasia Beverly Hills Website.

Personally i am a huge fan of liquid lipsticks.Even though they get drying on the lips but its nothing that pre-moisturize cant fix  

Also to make sure you do not get patchy areas exfoliating your lips is the key to SUCCESS !!

Ok BACK To Topic!! 

If you see price wise ( $20 per 0.11 oz ) they are on the higher end of the spectrum but then other liquid lippies that you find at sephora fall in the same range too.But the price is comparable to similar liquid lipsticks on the market

NOW on to my review !!

PACKAGING:

I am really loving the clear with gold accenting.Gives it a very unique look.I have 

always been a sucker for gold accents. haha !

As you open it you will see it has a doe foot applicator which in my personal opinion applies the product very nicely and precisely.It applies easily in the corners of your lip and gives  good coverage.

FORMULATION:

Now when you apply the lipstick it has a very unique texture.Like its almost cream formulation.It did not dry asap as i put it on.THAT was a HUGE plus for me as i could fix any errors i made in achieving a perfect lip. (Happy dance inserting here LOL )

I just needed one application honestly.These are very pigmented but at the same time not as thick as stila liquid lipsticks which by the way are my all time favorite <3 and i really dont mind a heavy lipstick feeling :)

These i felt like i am putting a creamy gloss on my lips.WEIRD BUT COOL !!

These do dry to a matte formulation.If you are bothered by dryness be sure to pre-exfoliate and moisturize your lips beforehand and all your dreams will come TRUE!!

These did settle in my lips but not heavily.Personally i love when lipstick sinks in the lip lines and crevices.Just pout your lips a little later and you wont feel stretchy feeling at all !

Make sure you use a lip liner to keep from feathering and bleeding .

LASTING POWER:

These did last on me for for 7.5 hours maximum .On 8th hour it did start to fade on the corners of the lips.lasting power did impress me .i did end up putting a second layer since i dont mind the heaviness on my lips ...but it did not look cakey even after second application.nice nice !! :D

You lovelies have to know when i use a nude lip color i literally look like the corpse bride.

i am not kidding!! nude lippies with rosey pink and brown undertones are the only one that compliment my MAC NC30 skin tone.

Its very hard to buy that perfect nude lip for me.Other than Mac Cosmetics Kinda Sexy lipstick

and Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Nude Creme  

I tend to stay away from looking like a zombie.... :(

BUTTTT This nude i must say is the BEST NUDE i have tried so far.its a perfect pinky brown nude which complimented my skin tone gorgeously ! I AM OBSESSED!!!

TIP: if you want to make it a bit darker mix it with Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick LOLITA  OR Lime Crime CASHMERE...you will be amazed !!!!

This is that cult classic perfect blue based Red.Gives a marilyn monroe vibe! The blue based red lipsticks will give you those gorgeous pearly whites you have been lusting after!

OH LORD!!! 
This color is such a unique gorgeous  piece of yumminess !!! It screams a statement lip but still stays within the bounds of elegance.something that would look amazinggggg either you pair it with just loads of mascara for a daytime look or wear it to a Masquerade Ball with your full on bold eyes !!

4-SAD GIRL

I saved the best for the last.i dont even know where to begin!!i have never encountered such an amazing lip color with the glitter texture.After it dries it becomes a breathtaking texture of sparkly goodness!!! 
I felt like the glitter goddess to say the least!! 

If you are obsessed with  Ciate Glitz Fix glitter lip kit .... you can get that gorgeous glitter lip goodness in a single swipe !! 

SAD GIRL is definitely my favorite so far depending on the uniqueness that it has as far as liquid lipstick with that texture is concerned!!!

Definitely a MST HAVE!!!

LIPLINER: MAC COSMETICS Lip pencil in NIGHTMOTH

RECOMMENDS:

I would definitely recommend these if you are into a matte lip.If you tend to steer clear of matte lipsticks i would  suggest to exfoliate and moisturize with a lip balm prior to applying these.

Nowadays i m obsessed with BITE BEAUTY AGAVE LIP MASK .I use it every night and it has made a significant difference in the texture and dryness level of my lips.You can also use a tad bit for about 10 min before applying the lipstick.

ALSO its GLUTEN FREE :D
